Head Percussion Instructor / Percussion Writer/Arranger: Tohbias Juniel
Tohbias has marched with the World Champion Cadets drum and bugle corps, Troopers Drum and bugle corps, and Blue Knights World Percussion Ensemble. He later became a consultant with Blue Knights drum and bugle corps, associate percussion caption head with the Troopers, and batterie writer and arranger for the Blue Knights World Percussion Ensemble. Mr. Juniel is an in-demand drum set artist in Denver and Los Angeles, having performed with many of today’s top recording artists. Along with playing, Tohbias has contact with several arts programs in the Midwest Region working and performing music workshops, percussion clinics, and as a program director for non profit arts programs. Mr. Juniel is currently a proud endorser of Pearl/Adams drums and percussion, Pro-Mark drumsticks, and Sabian cymbals. Tohbias.juniel@dcsdk12.org

Visual Caption Head and Drill Writer/Marching Technician: David Hurd
David teaches marching technique at Legend and is the visual and show designer. He has marched with Blue Knights and has taught marching techniques, written drill and designed shows for numerous high school bands in Colorado. David is an in-demand clinician and a CBA Visual Caption and Color Guard judge as well as a designer and instructor for several indoor color guard ensembles. David’s groups have won numerous awards, including regional and state championships.

Color Guard Instructor: Kylene SanMiguel
Kylene is the Head Color Guard instructor and Visual Designer of the 32 member 2011 LHS CG Team. Ms SanMiguel’s background is quite diverse as not only is she a professional dancer and member of the “Louder Than Words” Dance Company, she is also the Lead Designer and Choreographer of “Ellipse” RMCGA winter guard. Kylene received her B.A. as a Clarinet Performance Music Major(UNC/Greeley) and is a former HS Drum Major. Kylene has taught CG at several high schools in the Denver Metro area.
