Band Lock-In

The Legend Titan Band held their 2nd Annual Lock-In night right before the Thanksgiving Holidays. With a scavenger hunt, games, food (provided by Noodles), movies and a few good rounds of dodge-ball, the band wrapped up the season with laughter and more fun memories. Thank you also to everyone who donated a can for the Parker Task Force!

Ice Dance!

Join your friends Saturday 12/11 at the Ice Dance! Celebrate winter and enjoy your friends at the Legend High School dance featuring a DJ, karaoke contest and flower giving. Saturday December 11 from 9 to 11 pm in the school commons. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased during lunch the week of the dance, or at the door. Warm your friend’s hearts with a flower, $1 each ordered in advance…see who has the most flowers waiting for them!

Craft Fair 2010

Our 2nd Annual Holiday Craft Fair was a success – crafter’s, band students and parents came out to help the Craft Fair held at Legend High School.

Along with our Used Book Sale, Concessions, Face Painting, Treats and and hand-made items donated by band parents – shoppers visited the many booths that offered plenty of hand-crafted items by local crafters.

Our own Legend Titan Band students arrived early on scene to help the crafter’s set up, helped with concessions, face painting and other jobs through out the day. We thank the parents for spending the day with us and helping as well –

HoneyBaked Ham Gift Cards

Just in time for the holiday season, the Band Boosters will be selling HoneyBaked Ham gift certificates. It’s an easy way to help out the band and is really costing you nothing! You may purchase a gift certificate in any dollar amount you choose; the band will receive 20% of that amount and you have your certificate to make your purchases. You are spending your own money and the band gets the benefits! Also, they have no expiration date. The certificates will be sold from November 29th through December 10th. They will be available for pick-up on December 14th. These are perfect for your holiday dinners or for gifts. HoneyBaked Ham offers ham, turkey, BBQ pork roast and ribs, a large selection of sandwiches for lunch, numerous side dishes, desserts such as carrot cake, pecan pie, and cheesecake, and many gift items such as soup and dip mixes, and sauces. The certificates can be used at any location or online so be sure to tell your out-of-town family and friends.

Starting on November 29th, the gift certificates may be purchased in one of 3 ways:
1. Purchase them through our website using PayPal (using the ‘donation’ button below – you can select the amount you want to purchase)
2. Print and fill out an order form then drop it off in Mrs. Rozsa’s office. HoneyBaked Ham Gift Certificate Order form
3. Orders will be taken at our winter concert on December 9th.

You must pay for your cards at the time of purchase and checks should be made out to the LHS Band Boosters. The cards will be sent home with your child on December 14th unless other arrangements are made. If you have any questions, please contact Sarah Conrad at conradjt@msn.com.

Please use the following “donation” button to place your gift certificate order on line using a credit card. The form will accept any dollar amount you want, however we request that any orders placed here be a minimum of $25 as we incur transaction fees through PayPal. Also, if you wish to order more than one Gift Certificate, you will need to complete this process multiple times, only one certificate order can be placed at a time.

Texas Roadhouse Fundraiser Night

Once you get tired of all the turkey from Thanksgiving, join us at Texas Roadhouse, 11205 S. Parker Road, for dinner! The band fundraiser night will be held on Tuesday, November 30th from 4:00 to 10:00 pm. Bring in the attached flyer and the band will receive 10% of your sales. You may eat-in or carry-out. Call ahead for seating at 303-805-5848. While you are there, don’t forget to purchase some gift cards to give as gifts or use on a later date. We hope to see all the band families there supporting the band!
